Limited Warranty

Erwyn Products warrants that all purchased products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 180 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to products that have been used for their intended purpose, and it provides customers with assurance that any failure in product performance due to manufacturing or material defects will be resolved within the warranty period.

Warranty Coverage:

If, during the 180-day warranty period, the proves to be defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, Erwyn Products will, at our discretion:

• Replace the defective products
• Issue a credit for the products, if replacement is not feasible

Conditions for Warranty Claims:

This warranty is valid only if the following conditions are met:

• The products are used for its intended purposes as specified in the product documentation.
• The products are used and maintained under normal conditions and have not been subjected to misuse or handling. 
• The products have been cleaned and maintained in accordance with the cleaning and care instructions.

Exclusions from Coverage:

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Products that are outside of the 180-day window
• Products that have been damaged due to negligence, misuse, or accidents.
• Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• Products that have not been properly cleaned or maintained, as outlined in the care instructions. 
• Products that have been placed in the dishwasher or left in standing water for an extended period of time.

 Warranty Claims Procedures:

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Erwyn Products' customer service within the 180-day warranty window period, providing proof of purchase. Erwyn Products may require the return of the defective item for inspection before determining eligibility for replacement or credit.

 Limitations: 

This warranty is the exclusive warranty offered by Erwyn Products. In no event will Erwyn Products be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
